Yes, even if you’re not a member you are welcome to reach out to a consulting or master rosarian for rose garden advice.
Do you charge for consultations?
No, this is a service provided free of charge as part of our community outreach.
What is a consulting rosarian?
A consulting rosarian (CR) is a certification granted to an individual by the American Rose Society after growing roses for at least 3 years and completing CR school. CRs share expert advice and knowledge with their community about rose cultivation.
What is a master rosarian?
A master rosarian is someone who has been a certified consulting rosarian for 10 years or more.
How can a consuting or master rosarian help me?
Consulting and master rosarians not only provide insight on the varieties of roses that will thrive in your area, but also within the specific conditions of your garden. They also share rose knowledge about soil conditions, disease avoidance, and seasonal maintenance and care.
